Text The regular May term of the Barry County Probate Court, convened May 10, 1909, with Judge L. B. Durnil presiding, Horace Gardner, Clerk and M. E. Newman, Sheriff present.

Estates of Houston Marbut, dec'd and Chas. A Hughes, dec'd, acts of clerk in vacation in refusing letters of administration was approved by the court.

Publication of court docket filed and approved.

The acts of the clerk in vacation in estates of Minnie L. Card, dec'd, A. G. Whittaker, dec'd, Jane A. and Wm. R. Card, minors, Martha L. Smith, dec'd, C. E. Apple, dec'd, Dove Harris, minor, Gracie Coblen, minor, Chas. E. Wood, dec'd, A. J. and Howard Swank, minors, Noma and Norma Ellis, minors, approved.

Estate of W. W. Pierce, dec'd demand of Dr. A. Jones for $114.13 against said estate, allowed with 8 per cent interest; James Johnson, executor, was ordered to continue paying the widow $25. per month.

Estate of A. G. Whittaker, dec'd for allowance of $600 for years' provisions, and her allowance of $400.

Estate of W. I. Morrow, dec'd; demand of R. E. Chewning against said estate with 6 per cent interest with costs taxed against complainant; allowed.

Estate of John R. Waltrip, dec'd Margaret Waltrip, widow applied for allowance of $400 and a year's provisions; ordered that there be no further administration and that executor and bondsmen be discharged.

Estate of Orville and Herman Coatney, minors T. H. Wormington ordered to turn over all property belonging to said minors to W. F. Stewart, guardian and curator for said minors.
