Arvel and Herman Coatney, Minors; W. F. Stewart appointed guardian and curator, bond filed and approved. Guardian and curator empowered to purchase a home for said minors.

Estate of S. W. Pierce, dec'd; Dr. A. Jones, trustee of said estate, filed petition showing expenditure of $1,143.13; said amount was allowed payable out of the personal estate; the executor to pay Della Webb-piece $25. per month until final settlement of said estate.

Est. John R. Waltrip, dec'd inventory and appraisement filed and approved; Margaret Waltrip, widow, granted her statuary allowances and further administration was dispensed with.

Est. of Dorris and Sybil Bennett, minors; report of the sale of real estate filed and approved and deed executed to Fannie Carlin.
