| Text | Fred Shelton and Ed. Killen of Christian County, have been arrested, charged with murdering Wm. Bowen at his home near Nixa, Christian County. Killian says Shelton did the killing with an axe. Robbery was their purpose. The deceased has a son living at Monett, who took charge of the remains and shipped them to Monett for burial. Deceased was 70 years old. |
