| Text | Wallace Montgomery of near Joplin, a brother of Wash Montgomery who lives just south of the city, was brought here last night and taken to the home of his brother. He is badly crippled up as the result of a boulder falling down hillside on him. Monett Herald. Wallace formerly resided near Flat Creek post Office. Research Note: Wallace and Washington were the sons of William and Mahala (Segrest) Montgomery. Wallace was born in 1854 and Washington was born in 1843. |
