Text | Estate of James Madden, dec'd; C. A. Patterson was appointed Administrator. Bond filed and approved. J. C. Fawver and G. W. Finn were appointed witnesses. Estate of Elizabeth D. Dilworth, dec'd proof of will established; Jacob England was made executor and gave a $200 bond. Fred Rausch and Wm. Osborn were appointed witnesses. Inventory and appraisement filed. Estate of T. J. Stockton, dec'd inventory and appraisement filed and approved. On July 13th an adjourned term of court was held with the following proceedings: Estate of L. D. Blankenship, dec'd; the appointment of John R. Blankenship as administrator on June 11, 1903, was confirmed; bond approved. Estate of James C. Dempsey, minor; the order revoking the appointment of Wm. Borman as guardian, made June 22, was confirmed. Estate of Thos. Wilder; dec'd, order made approving proceeding had in vacation in said estate. Same order made in estate of Jas. Madden, dec'd. Same in estate of Elizabeth Dilworth, dec'd. Estate of Grace Eyler, minor; petition filed asking for the sale of personal property belonging to said minor, located at Sapulpa, I. T.; order made. Estate of A. J. Henderson, dec'd, demand of Barry Co. Bank for $662.51 allowed in 5th class. Estate of T. Dunlap, dec'd, demand of Barry Co. Bank for $37.95, allowed in 5th class. Estate of T. J. Stockton, dec'd petition of widow asking that her homestead be set off, granted; H. J. Short, E. J. Thomas and Richard Adams were appointed commissioners to set off homestead. Estate of A. F. Walker, dec'd widow asked that there be no administration, and that all property be turned over to her. Granted. Estate of A. J. Henderson, dec'd; demand of D. L. Mitchell for $1.00 allowed to 2nd class. Same of J. R. Sullivan of $1.50 allowed in 5th class. Same of David Marshall for $96.54, allowed in 5th class. Estate of J. M. Marbut, dec'd annual settlement made and approved. Estate of James Madden, dec'd; demand of F. M. Horn for $13. allowed in first class. Estate of Thos. McGuire dec'd demand for $53.50 allowed in 1st class. Estate of E. B. Breese, dec'd demand of Callaway & Breese for $15. 50 allowed in first class. Estate of L. D. Oxford, dec'd ordered that all notes returned by executrix at her final settlement, belonging to said estate be turned over to F. M. and E. E. Oxford, to whom they were given by will of deceased. Estate of R. E. Oxford, minor, final settlement made and said guardian and curator and the sureties pm her bond were discharged from further liability. Estate of Abner Crunk, dec'd Mary A. Crunk was appointed administratrix, a $1,000 bond was filed and approved. B. L. Evans and W. A. Weaver were appointed witnesses. Estate of Charles H. Browning, dec'd will established, J. T. Browning was appointed executor; a $3,000 bond was filed and approved. T. Fleetwood and Henry Winsatt were appointed witnesses. Estate of J. C. Sellers, dec'd; collateral inheritance tax was assessed against said estate amounting to $79.50. Estate of Thomas Gladden, dec'd; proof of will established. R. B. Gladden was appointed executor. |
