Text | Elisha Marbut, a former owner of the Perkins Mills, who sold his home here last summer to Dr. Myers, intends to move to the Hack Carver place 2 1/2 miles north to Cassville, which he will farm this year. His oldest son Homer is attending school at Cassville, preparatory to teach. Mr. Marbut has been a mill man for 20 years and he and family are well known highly respected residents of this place. We regret the loss of our old friends and neighbors, and join in extending our best wishes for their success. |
