SSW: Virginia Elsie - Inscription: Married "Aug. 29, 1953" - Research Note: Son of August Francis Fenske and Mary Martha Radke. In 1950, he joined the United States Army and served his country proudly during the Korean Conflict, while stationed in France and Germany. On August 29, 1953, Wilbert married the love of his life, Virginia Kresyman at the Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Pulaskifield, Missouri. Wilbert worked several jobs throughout his life, retiring in 1988 after thirty-two years employment with Jumping Jacks in Monett. He was a farmer by trade who truly enjoyed working with his cattle. Wilbert was a member of the American Legion Hobbs Anderson Post 91. In addition to his parents and wife, Wilbert was preceded in death by one brother, William Fenske; his brother-in-law, Lloyd Osterloh; and his sister-in-law, Naomi Fenske. Census
