She is listed with the City of Monett with no dates and having no stone which is incorrect. - Notes from Elaine Zukowski, gg granddaughter: Daughter of Oliver Emerson and Mary Hale. She first married David Robbins who died in 1873 in Cuming Co., NE and had eight children. They moved to a farm near Omaha, NE. On Dec. 13, 1882 she married Sidney Burton Messenger in Omaha, NE, and they divorced. She then married Joseph Lancaster on Nov. 13, 1884 in Elk Co., KS. Joseph married again to Emaranda Scott on Jan. 26, 1890 in Lawrence Co., MO. Elizabeth and Joseph are in the 1885 Wilson Co., KS state census. Therefore, she died between 1885 and 1890. He was a former Monett city commissioner from 1988 to 2000, serving as airport and parks commissioner. He married Margret Romig on May 27, 1950, and she preceded him in death November 26, 1995.
