Husband of Amanda Sisney (no further record of her). His son Isaac Robert Petty 1882-1950 is buried in Mineral Springs Cemetery. - Son of Soloman King Petty and Sophronia Mefford. Caleb married Martha Amanda Sisney in 1877. Amanda first married James H. Hoffman in 1868 and he died in 1874. She third married Robert N. Scott on Aug. 31, 1889 in Barry Co., MO. In the 1900 Census, she is with Robert Scott in Long Creek, Boone, Arkansas. Caleb W. Petty homesteaded 160 acres, 5th PM Meridian, in Barry Co., MO, TWP. 22-N, Range 26-W, Section 24, and was transferred to his widow, Amanda Scott on Oct. 21, 1891. - 1860 Census, Salt River, Pike, Missouri - Caleb, age 6, is with his parents Soloman K.
