He married Dottie Grothe on May 26, 1977, in South Dakota. He was preceded in death by one daughter. In his late teens, Dwayne enjoyed working at the Hidden Valley Ranch; later he was employed as a mechanic at a radiator shop, both in Washington State. P In the mid-1960's he and Kenny Collins ran a mobile repair business named T.A.T. Repair in the Logan area. During the 1970's, Dwayne and his friend, Dale Browning, owned and operated the CB Barn in Woodbine. P. He had also worked for UPS, Capital Construction, and Volcan Industries. Later in Magnolia, he owned and operated Jacobsen Radiator. P When Dwayne moved to Missouri in 1997, he continued to work as a mechanic. He married Ida Helen Ballinger in 1962. He married Victoria E. Moore in 1964, divorced in 1969. He married Mary K. Coxgrove in 1971. On May 26, 2007, Dwayne and his wife Dottie would have been married 30 years. Research Note: She was the daughter of Harold E. and Dorothy M. (Baker) Kenrick. On May 30, 1951, in Wilmore, Kentucky, she was united in marriage to Marvin Lowell Johns. Preceding her in death were her parents. Ruth graduated from high school in Salamanca, New York. In 1951 she received her AB Degree with a diploma in Piano from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky and then received her MA in music education from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. For thirty-three years Ruth taught vocal music in the Wichita public school system. In 1987, she and Marvin moved from Wichita to make their home in Shell Knob. Even though she had retired from teaching, Ruth remained active with her musical talents. She was involved in the Messiah Project, organized the Ozark Choral, led the Melodears for nineteen years and coached voice at LUC Boys Ranch. She was the founder of the Springfield Chapter of Alpha-One Foundation and was active in various other volunteer activities. She was a member of Central Community United Methodist Church, where she played piano and organ and was a substitute choral director. Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Research Note: Seligman, Barry Co., MO resident. Son of Wilbur Perry Keller and Maude Travis. He was raised in Sidney, Iowa, He started a career in rodeo before becoming a rancher. He wrangled on Rawah Ranch in northern Colorado until he married Becky Lou Keller on Sept. 2, 1953, in Denver, Colo. He was called to serve his country during the Korean conflict stationed in El Paso, Texas. He was honorably discharged in 1956 and returned home to Colorado. He and his wife ranched and farmed at Cactus Patch Ranch from 1961 to 1975. In 1975, they moved to Lyons, Colo., where they lived until 1992 when they moved to Seligman, to spend their retirement years. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Keller, and one brother, Rae Keller. Research Note: He was the son of Ray and Evelyn (Karlson) Lindsay. He grew up and attended school in New York and Bakersfield, California. Later he joined the United States Army and retired after 25 years. He was a decorated veteran serving three tours of duty as a sniper in Vietnam. In 1993 he married Lucille Wall in Las Vegas, Nevada. They moved to the Cassville area 14 years ago from Texas to make their home. In addition to his father,he was preceded in death by one sister, Rose Mary Lindsay. No services are planned at this time. Linge Lumber Company and was town supervisor in Wappingers Falls for six years and county representative for Dutchess County for four years. He moved to Shell Knob in 1983. He was a member of Masonic Wappingers Lodge 0671, Central Crossing Lodge 674, St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Kimberling City, and St. James Episcopal Church in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and a flight instructor in Florida. He was a member of the Northfield Flying Club in Des Moines. Research Note: He was a son of John Conway Ireland and Ruby Agnes Wood. His first job was hoeing cotton. He was a veteran of WW II, and was the #3 boxing contender for middle weight world champion. He fought in the Cow Palace in San Francisco, Olympic Gardens in Los Angeles and Madison Square Garden in New York. He worked in the log woods of California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska where he harvested trees 7 feet in diameter. He was the owner and operator of a tire shop in Yuma, Arizona, and was the drummer for his own band and played in Las Vegas. He was a long haul truck driver with a record of 3 ½ million miles non chargeable accidents. He married Mary June Maring, July 2, 1965 at Silver Creek, Nebraska, and moved to this area to make his home. He was lead man at RTW for 25 years until his retirement and personally made the drill bit used on the first moon landing to drill a sample of the moon core. Preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Jonathan Logan and Keith Logan; one daughter, Colleen Logan; three sisters, Rose Nell, Marie, and Betty Alice; and one brother, Robert. His parents are buried at Corinth, possible buried there. - He was the son of Hurshel Oren and Coila Geneva (Porter) Longley. On Dec. 13, 1952, in Barry County, he was united in marriage to Shirley Ennis, and to this union five children were born. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Debra Sue Longley; one son, David Eugene Longley; and five brothers, Roger, Ross, Tom, Howard and infant brother, Donald Joe Longley. He grew up in Barry County and graduated from Southwest High School, Washburn. During World War II he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, serving from Aug. 20, 1940, until his discharge as a sergeant on Nov. 8, 1945. During that time he was also in the Naval Aviation Academy. He participated in the Midway Islands Campaign and Pearl Harbor. Darlene worked many years as a Scale Operator and Fleet Manager for Weaver Construction in Alden, IA. Darlene later went on to own and operate Super 9 Inn in Okmulgee, OK and Cassville Bowl in Cassville, MO. After selling Cassville Bowl, she worked daily at Fabritec in Butterfield, MO, retiring when she turned 70. She then volunteered weekly at The Second Act in Cassville, Missouri. Darlene was united in marriage to Gary Luppen in June 1990 in Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Reeder, her stepfather Robert Walker, her mother Mildred Walker, and daughter Rhonda Hagelman. Services will be announced at a later date. Research Note: He was the son of J. Frank and Blanche (Whaley) Lyngar. After graduating from Topeka High School, he went to Washburn University. He then went to General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan until his marriage June 7, 1951, to his high school sweetheart, Eva May Shaner. They moved to Flint, Michigan in 1951, where Charles went to General Motors Institute of Technology, sponsored by GM Fisher Body Flint # 1 Plant. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer in 1955. He was transferred to the GM plant in Tarrytown, NY where he was an electrical foreman. In 1959, he was transferred to the GM Leeds plant in Kansas City as general foreman in Plant Engineering. He was promoted to Plant Engineer in 1965. Charles transferred to the Fairfax plant in 1970 where he was Superintendent of Maintenance. After retiring at the age of 50, they moved to their lake home in Shell Knob, Missouri. Charles and Eva May were blessed with eight children, who all reside in Missouri.
