Stones Vandalized at Concord

Joseph Rogers' stone was broken off the base and dragged down the road.

He served in the Civil War in Co. B, 46 MO Infantry, and should be honored for doing military service for our country in those troubled times.

According to the government site for Civil War Soldiers and Sailors, Joseph Rogers was an Union soldier in the Infantry, of the 46th Regiment.
