The finished product is available in two versions - Compact Disk or Print

The compact disk version is $24.95 and contains photos and other items not included in the print copy.  The disk (Acrobat ® PDF) version requires Acrobat ® Reader to access.  

The print version is $79.95.  It is multi-volume, soft cover and spiral bound - 1627 total pages.

Prices include all book rate shipping and handling charges.  Canadian orders must include payment in U. S. funds with 7% GST added.  Payment must accompany orders.  Allow 3 weeks for delivery.
