Flemmon R. Dummit & Mary L. Marbut MARRIAGE LICENSE: STATE OF MISSOURI County of Barry This License Authorizes and Judge, Justice of the Peace, Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the Laws of this State, to Solemnize Marriage Between Flemmon R. Dummit of the County of Barry and State of Mo., who is over the age of twenty-one years; and Mary L. Marbut of the County of Barry and State of Mo., who is over the age of eighteen years. Her father gives his consent to said marriage Witness my hand as Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder, with the seal of office hereto affixed, at my office in Cassville Mo.
