PERHAM ENTERPRISE BULLETIN

Thursday November 12, 1896

Last Sunday being the 9th anniversary of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Rob. Bachman, the members of the Mannerchor singing society and brass band, surprised the happy couple at their cozy home on Beaver Street . After some choice selections by the band, the company adjourned to Singer hall, which by the way had been beautifully decorated, and there the balance of the afternoon and evening was spent, with music, games, dancing, & dainty and delicious refreshments were served by Mrs. Bachman, assisted by the ladies of the society. Taking it all in it was one of the pleasantest evenings ever spent by the members. Mr. Bachman is the leader of the Mannerchor singing society and Mannerchor brass band.
