Note from Kelly Raines:

Terry was in combat in Vietnam and returned with PTSD. He drank heavily, bounced around Oklahoma and Texas doing oilfield and othersemi-skilled labor. Was a violent drunk and spent a lot of time in jail. Was a transient for a time and died in St. Petersburg, FL shortly after a six month term in prison for two closely spaced felonies. Had he not still on parole, his veteran status wouldn’t have been known and he would not have been buried in a Nat’l cemetery. His obit lists him as have no relatives.
