Notes for Lydia M. Whitenight

In the 1860 census, she is listed as Lydia Kranich but in the 1870 census she is listed as Lydia Whitenight. What's up with that 1860 listing?

The name on her death certificate (obtained from Ancestry.com, "Michigan Death Records 1867-1952") is Lydia M. Miller. Cause of death was carcinoma of stomach. Place of death was Coldwater, Branch Co., MI. Her parents are listed as Peter Whitenight and Mary Fauss.
