In Colorado Genealogical Society's "Colorado Marriages, 1858-1939" CD-ROM, there is a marriage between Celeste Champlin and Albert H. Winder, license date 3 Dec 1923 in Denver, CO. This seems very likely to be her, but I can't find them in the 1930 census or elsewhere.
In Colorado Genealogical Society's "Colorado Marriages, 1858-1939" CD-ROM, there is a marriage between Celeste Champlin and Anthony Ballers, license date 16 Dec 1931 in Arapahoe Co., CO. This also seems likely to be her. Did she get divorced or widowed and take back her maiden name?
In the California Death Index database on Ancestry.com, there is an entry for Celeste T. Vobora, with father's surname listed as Champlain and mother's maiden name listed as Sandige. Birth was 13 Feb 1906 in New York, which would also fit well. Death was in Riverside, CA (probably means Riverside Co., CA) on 24 Oct 1988.
On her Social Security application form, her name is listed as Celeste Therese Champlin Bollers. Father is listed as Chas. H. Champlin and mother is listed as Louise M. Sandidge, so this is definitely the right person. The application was requested under the name of Celeste T. Vobora and the SSN listed in the California Death Index, so this appears to confirm marriages to Bollers and Vobora. Her residence at the time of the application, in 1940, was still in Denver. Interestingly, her employer is listed as Winder Wet Wash, which could be a tie to her marriage to Albert Winder. Perhaps Albert passed away, widowing her, and she either became the proprietor of his business, or she continued to work for his family. Birth on 13 Feb 1906 in New York is also confirmed.
