Notes for Peter Whitenight

Listed as Peter Whitney in the biography of Frank Faus in History of Columbia and Montour Counties, but a posting by Marilyn Knowles Riehl on the Hepler Family Genealogy Forum of Genealogy.com (dated 18 Jul 2009) says that his last name should be Whitenight. This seems to suggest that Whitenight might have been pronounced like Whitney.
