Notes for Sarah L. (Sallie) Gathright

WFT Volume 5, Tree 1346:
Info is that Sallie "Sarah", remarried after Morel died in the Civil War. No info has been found on either Sallie or R. P. Stevens. Only record found so far is where the[y] applied for marriage license in Union Co. Ark. on Nov 17, 1872. This was two years before Sallie's son, Moses was married to Cornelia Wright. In Moses obituary, it shows that she died in Hot Springs, Ark. in 1882. So far no record has been found. Possibly she may have died in Hot Springs County, Ark. Sallie and R.P. Stevens was married by "J. P. Everett" MG. (Minister of God).

WFT Volume 5, Tree 1179 had her name as Sallie Sarah Gathright.
