WERNLI

Jacob Wernli, age 81, of San Antonio, died Monday, February 17, 1992. Mr. Wernli was born in Schonenwerd, Switzerland. He was formerly a member of the Redeemer Lutheran and Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and was currently a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Boerne. He had formerly been associated with Sears for over 30 years. Mr. Wernli was also a member of the Senior League at Astro Bowling Center. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Ella Wernli; daughters, Mrs. Mary Jean Cleveland, Boerne, Mrs. Jacqueline Bowman, San Antonio; brother, Walter Wernli, Pawnee, TX; 5 grandchildren; 2 great great [sic] grandchildren.
