WGS Meetings If you are ready to reveal to the Society your 'infamous, notorious or just plain amazing,

weird, troublesome relatives'  and not the ones you have 'unfriended' from Facebook,

(because they would be living and we don't do living)  please contact Dot LaLone to schedule your presentation.

WGS has a great Facebook page. It is being updated regularly with interesting genealogical related items.

Tuesday meeting Zoom meetings with Julia Hanneman-Schoenbach, 7:00 p.m.:

Tuesday evening group WILL NOT meet during July and August, but will resume on September 14!

Julia is hosting zoom meetings on the 2nd Tuesday each month thru June, and then no meetings July and August. All meetings will be via zoom and signup at library link thru June.

 Tuesday June 8, 7pm. First half hour any Germanic questions. For this session, please prepare for sharing at minimum a short paragraph about one of your ancestors, with more than birth/death/marriage dates. The purpose of this exercise is to start thinking of ways to publish material. By writing up one ancestor, we will start the process of publishing, and discover if there are gaps we might want to research, or be able to have the biography ready to go in a genealogical publication.
