John Moore Cemetery, also called Moore's Burying Ground, Moore
Cemetery [sign on the cemetery], sometimes referred to as
Moore/Canfield Cemetery and Canfield Cemetery is located in Lyndon Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, approximately two and one-half miles north of Chelsea on the Chelsea-North Lake Road [Werkner Rd.] It is a small plot on the east side of the highway. [East side of Werkner Rd. just north of Waterloo Rd.]
