This page contains links to family group sheets submitted by site visitors with St. Clair County ancestry.  If you would like to participate in this venture, please submit your Family Group Sheet by email to the county coordinator. Please be sure to privatize your files before submission (don't include birth dates, SSNs, etc. for living people). Some of these files may be large, so please be patient while they load. We are working to build a St. Clair County Family Tree (fantastic suggestion submitted by Pat Love, co-coordinator). If you have ancestors related to someone found in the family group sheets, please email the county coordinator to have it added, including as much information as you can about the individuals. It's also extremely helpful to include a citation for your sources, even if the source is "Grandma's genealogy notes" (giving Grandma's name as well), or "X family bible," etc.  That way others can verify information for themselves, and the sources will be preserved for posterity.

A thought: with your submission you might include a few facts, such as you see next to some of the names below, to distinguish your ancestors in local history. They might not have been mentioned in the history books, but every life is noteworthy. Let's write our own history book here where they all get due recognition.
