Our 10th Anniversary Celebration

The 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Minnkota Genealogical Society was held on September 18. Our speaker was Duane Swanson who is with the Minnesota Historical Society in St. Paul, MN.

He spoke on many of the assets of the Minnesota Historical Society

  • Minnesota Government Records have been created since Minnesota was a territory. These records were created by the government for the needs of the government --not for future genealogists--but we are glad the records are there!
