She also married Don Oliver Newbrough son of Willaim Christopher Newbrough and Rebecca Catherine Putt 06 Sep 1978. He was born 14 Jan 1931 in Flagg, Castro County, Texas and died 19 Oct 1985 in Odessa, Ector County, Texas. Howard Paul Hicks is buried at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa, Ector County, Texas. She and Don Oliver Newbrough are buried at Odessa Cemetery, Ector County, Texas.
