This is questionable. My mother had a
picture in her possessions with the name Nancy Aynes on the back. I
was later told by a descendant to
Mary Rebecca Aynes that it was not Nancy.
Both pictures had them wearing the same dress. It was not unusual for
families to buy a large amout of cloth and make multi garment out of it
for other siblings. It could be a hand me down as the two sisters were 15
years apart. Based on an older picture of
Mary
Rebecca Aynes, I have to agree that the photo that my mother
had look similarities to the one when Mary Rebecca was older. The picture
above belongs to a man in Madison Mississippi.
