Cecil White Moore (son of Charles Tillman Moore and Almeda DeBusk) was born 25 Nov 1901 in Ewing, Lee County, Virginia and died 21 Jun 1940. On 01 Sep 1926 he married Mattie Bell Minica who was born 12 Dec 1898. He was killed by gun shot wound in a murder.
