Sabina Ann Taulbee daughter of John Andrew Taulbee MD and Mary Lourana Cope was born 13 Dec 1876 in Hazel Green, Breathitt County, Kentucky and died 02 Mar 1944 in Jacksonville, Cherokee County, Texas. She married James Richmond DeBusk son of Joshua "Josh" DeBusk and Mary Ann "Nan" Oldfield 22 Apr 1896 in Hazel Green, Wolfe County, Kentucky.  He was born 17 May 1872 in Grassy Creek, Morgan County, Kentucky and died 05 May 1967 in Grayson County, Texas. They are both buried at Resthaven Cemetery, Jacksonville, Cherokee County, Texas

MRS. DEBUSK, 67, SUCCUMS AT LOCAL HOSPITAL

Mrs Sabina Ann DeBusk, 67, died Thurday night at 8:20 o'clock at a local hospital. Death came after several weeks of illness.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Christian Church with the Reverend Walter P. Bell, pastor, conducting. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Interment of Mrs. DeBusk will be the first in the new addition to the City Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at Williamson-Holmes Funeral Chapel until the funeral hour, it is stated.

Mrs. DeBusk was born December 13, 1876, at Hazel Green, kentucky. She was the daughter of the late John A. Taulbee and Mrs. Mary Lou Cope Taulbee. She married J. R. DeBusk on April 22, 1896, at Hazel Green, Kentucky. The couple moved from Kentucky to Sentinal, Oklahoma, in 1901. Mr. and Mrs. DeBusk have resided here on Route 2 for the past year, having moved to Jacksonville from Durant, Oklahoma, where they resided for twelve years.

She was a member of the Christian Church and Order of Eastern Star, her membership in the latter organization being at Sentinal, Oklahoma.

Survivors in addition to her husband of Jacksonville, mother of Fort Worth, and son of Beaumont, include two other sons, Kelly of Enid, Oklahoma, and John of Sulphur Bluff; three daughters, Mrs. George Voth of Des Moins, Iowa, Mrs. Faud Aldridge of Houston and Mrs. J. M. Harris of Wilburton, Oklahoma; Two brothers, M. H. Taulbee of Texarkana and E. O. Taulbee of Bay City; two sisters, Mrs. Albert Smith of Fort Worth and Mrs. lila Nobles of Fort Worth; and nine grandchildren.

Pallbearers named include A. E. Garner, W. S. Gober, L. B. Haberle, Emerson Stone, Gus Hodges and R. R. Childs.
