DUBLIN - Patricia Jane (Shafer) Brewer, 73, of Early, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014, in Abilene.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, in the Dublin Liveoak Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home, prior to service that day.

Pat was born on July 17, 1940, in Gorman, to Delbert and Neda (Sparks) Shafer. She was united in marriage to Donnnie Brewer on May 30, 1993, in Early.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Brewer of Early; her children and their spouses, Tim and Jozann Ray of Stephenville, Debbie Ray Montgomery of Stephenville, Chris and Sara Brewer of New Braunfels and Craig and Elisha Brewer of Missoula, Mont.; her five grandchildren, Chanell Dayton, Laramie Montgomery, Lorie Montgomery, Savannah Brewer and Evan Brewer; her great-grandchild, Risette Dayton; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Sue and Donald Peacock of Stephenville and Linda and Gary Greenway of Dublin; her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Gwen Shafer of Stephenville; her aunts, Gladys Wilson of Fort Worth and Dot Biggs of Carollton; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
