Levi DeBusk, son of Isaac Hayden DeBusk and Ann Tomilinson, was born 05 Sep 1837 in Shelby County, Indiana and died 14 May 1916 in Colville, Stevens County, Washington. He enlisted in F Co. 4th Infantry Regiment Iowa, but was rejected on 17 July 1861. He married Eunice Alferata Banks, daughter of John Banks and Eunice James, 30 Oct 1860 in Winterset, Madison County, Iowa. She was born 16 Feb 1838 in Madison, County, Indiana and died 02 May 1909 in Arden, Stevens County, Washington. They are both buried in Calvery Cemetery, Colville, Stevens County, Washington.
