James Henry DeBusk was the son of Isaac Hayden DeBusk, Sr. & Ann Tomilinson. Lucy Jane Bishop was the daughter of Lewis Conley Bishop & Sarah Ann Whitid. James Henry DeBusk was born 15 Dec 1846 in Shelby County, Indiana and died 01 Jan 1924 in Sargent, Custer County, Nebraska. Lucy Jane Bishop was born 10 Dec 1854 in Warren County, Iowa and died 30 Nov 1944 in Sargent, Custer County, Nebraska. They were married 02 May 1872 in Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa. They are both buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Sargent, Custer County, Nebraska.

This line of the DeBusk goes back to Washington County, Virginia, but so far it is not clear how they tie into the rest of the DeBusk's. Several people think the data points to them from the Elisha and Esther DeBusk.
