Mrs. Fannie M. Leather

Mrs. Fannie Mae Stoops Leather, widow of Christian T. Leather, of Greensburg, Md., died at the Washington County Hospital at 9:26 p. m. July 9, after an illness of several weeks, aged 79.

She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Greensburg. Surviving are sons, Elmer Law, Smithsburg, Earle C., of Hagerstown, and several stepchildren.

The body was taken to the George B. Hoover funeral home, Smithsburg, from which the funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p. m. (DST) with the Rev. Francis Bell officiating. Interment in Smithsburg cemetery. Friends may view the body Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m.
