  Jack G. Law, 52, 1309 West 6th St., Rock Falls, died Saturday morning in his home following a short illness.

  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Rebuck, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Knoll Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the Allen Funeral Home, Sterling, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday evening.

  A memorial has been established in his memory to the Trinity United Methodist Church.

  Jack Law was born in Sterling on Feb. 18, 1932, the son of Lester and Lenora Brown Law. He was united in marriage to Glenna Short on May 31, 1952 in Oregon. He had been employed as an engineer for the last 29 years, first with Sedcon Corporation and then with Frantz Manufacturing Company following their purchase of Sedcon.

  Surviving are his wife, Glenna; two sons, Monte, Chatham, and Gary, Elgin; three grandsons; his mother, Mrs. Lenora Meek, Sterling; six brothers, Monroe, Gerald, Don, and James, all of Rock Falls, Raymond, Everett, Wash., and Dave, Morrison; two sisters, Mrs. William (Betty) Clark, Rock Falls, and Mrs. Lyndell (Shirley) Bushnell, Arizona.

  He was preceded in death by his father, Lester, and his step-father Lloyd Meek.
