Originally the local depot for two different railroad lines; the Grand Rapids & Indiana and the Pennsylvania.  This building was converted to an upscale bar/restaurant in 1963 and changed hands and purposes several times until its purchase by the Arcus Foundation and remodeling to become the foundation’s national headquarters.
