The Kalamazoo "Holiday Inn Crosstown" boasted elegant mid-century architecture.  Owned and operated by Charles Zeman and associates, the attached restaurant and bar catered to travelers and the gourmet food attracted locals as well.  This was not matched by tasteful interior design, however, as shown by the over-the-top dining room ambiance below.
