This book recorded deaths from 1865 (before Death Certificates which didn�t start until 1898 for the Maryland counties); however, it obviously is not complete.   If everyone had participated in this venture, it would have been a really great resource.

BAUMGARTNER, Elizabeth, d/ 24 Sep 1865, age 71y.16d, 
white female, married and divorced; lived and died in Silver Run.  
Born in Bachman�s Valley; father was George MATTHIAS of Carroll 
County.  She died of Typhoid Fever and was buried in Silver Run 
Cemetery; date of record:  27 Nov 1865. 


BLACK, Franceanna, d/ 26 Aug 1865, age 2y.6m.9d, 
white female child; born, lived and died in Uniontown district; 
parents were Granville H. and Sarah E. BLACK of Carroll County.  
She died of diarrhea and was buried in Uniontown Cemetery; 
date of record:  28 Dec 1865. 


BUCKINGHAM 
  
- Larkin, d/ 25 Jun 1865, age 81y.10m.23d, 
white male, married, farmer; lived and died in Franklin district.  
He was born in Baltimore County; parents were William and Mary 
BUCKINGHAM.  He died of dropsey and had a home burial; 
date of record:  2 Jul 1866.

     
- David Walter, d/ 17 Mar 1869, age 2y.10m.14d, 
white male child; born, lived and died in Warfieldsburg; parents 
were Benjamin W. and Hannah M. BUCKINGHAM.  He died of whooping 
cough and pneumonia and was buried in Unionville Cemetery; 
date of record:  27 Sep 1872.

     
- Ella May, d/ 19 Mar 1869, age 10m.6d, 
white female child; born, lived and died in Warfieldsburg; 
parents were Benjamin W. and Hannah M. BUCKINGHAM.  
She died of whooping cough and pneumonia and was buried 
in Unionville Cemetery; date of record:  27 Sep 1872.


BURR, John, d/ 24 Feb 1902, age 66y, white male, widower; 
resided in Westminster and died at the Church Home.  
He was born in New York.  He died of diabetes melitus and Bright's 
disease and bronchial pneumonia and was buried in Westminster Cemetery; 
date of record:  27 Feb 1902.


CHASE, Esther Elizabeth, d/ 23 Jun 1866, age 27y.4m.17d; 
white female, single; lived and died in Franklin district.  
She was born in Baltimore, the d/o George W. and Esther Elizabeth CHASE.  
She died of consumption and was buried at the Dunker Church Cemetery; 
date of record:  2 Jul 1866.


DEVENS, Julia Ann, d/ 15 Jan 1866, age 80y.7m.9d; 
white female, widow; born, resided and died in Hampstead.  
She was the d/o Michael and Catharine FOWBLE of near Hampstead.  
She died from shortness of breath and was buried in Manchester Cemetery; 
date of record:  16 Jan 1866.


FISHER, Jacob, d/ 1 Jul 1865, age 82y.10m; 
white male, single; born, resided and died in Westminster.  
He was the s/o David FISHER of Westminster.  He died of congestion 
of the brain and was buried in Westminster Cemetery; 
date of record:  31 Jul 1865.


GIBBS, Henrietta A., d/ 8 Oct 1865, age 5y.5d; 
white female child; resided and died in Westminster.  
She was born in Washington, DC and was the d/o Henrietta E. and 
D. N. Heyward GIBBS who were listed as "boarding".  She died of 
croup following diptheria and was buried in Westminster Cemetery; 
date of record:  9 Oct 1865.


HUBER, Samuel David, d/ 17 Jul 1865, age 9m.18d; 
white male child; born, resided and died in Westminster.  
He was the s/o A. H. and Mary A. HUBER of Westminster.  
He died of cholera infantum and was buried at Meadow Brook Cemetery; 
date of record:  11 Jul 1866.


KUMP, Selena, d/ 15 Sep 1865, age 3y.3m.26d; 
white female child; she resided in District 3, was born and died 
in Myers District.  She was the d/o Jacob and Eliza Ann KUMP of 
Myers District.  She died of effects of a burn and was buried at 
Silver Run Cemetery; date of record:  12 Oct 1865.


LEISTER, Elizabeth Jane, d/ 5 Sep 1865, age 5y.10m.5d; 
white female, single; was born, resided and died in Finksburg.  
She was the d/o Abraham and Lovina LEISTER of Finksburg.  
She died of spasms and was buried in the home graveyard; 
date of record:  3 Oct 1865.


LEMMON
     
- Mary Catharine, d/ 28 Aug 1865, age 9m; white female, 
single; was born, resided and died in New Windsor District.  
She was the d/o Jesse and Ann LEMMON.  She died of cholera 
infantum and was buried in Winter's Cemetery; 
date of record:  19 Feb 1866.

     
- George W., d/ 24 Feb 1880, age 45y.7m.7d; white male, 
married, laborer; resided and died in Westminster District.  
He was born in Uniontown District (parents' names not given).  
He died of the effects of wounds received in the army and is 
buried in Westminster Cemetery; date of record:  19 May 1880.


MAYNARD
     - Sarah A., d/ 17 Aug 1866, age 15y.10m.17d; 
white female, single; resided and died in New Windsor.  
She was born in Frederick County, d/o Dennis H. and Sarah S. MAYNARD 
of New Windsor.  She died of consumption and was buried in New Windsor 
Cemetery; date of record:  4 Dec 1866.  


MILLER
     
- Bertha Eugenia, d/ 17 Jul 1877, age 11m.17d; 
white female, single; born, resided and died in Westminster.  
She was the d/o George A. and Eugenia M. MILLER.  She died 
of cholera infantum and was buried in Westminster Cemetery;

white female, married; resided and died in Westminster.  
She was born in Fayetteville, PA, the d/o Alexander H. HORNER 
of Baltimore City.  She died of interter cefitus? and is buried

white male, single, telegraph operator; born, resided and died 
in Westminster.  He was the s/o George A. and Eugenia M. MILLER.  
He died of consumption and was buried in Westminster Cemetery;

He died of dysentary and was buried in Uniontown Cemetery;

resided and died in Mount Pleasant.  
He was born in Uniontown, the s/o Ephraim and Sarah WILSON.  
He died of typhoid pneumonia and was buried in Uniontown Cemetery; 
date of record:  4 Mar 1886.
