Frier Lane off Sand Beach is land once owned by Dr. Benjamin Lake Noyes, Elsa James-Zelley, and now her son Hugh James.  In her flower garden is a stone bench in Elsa’s memory.  By the flagstone is a stone bench in memory of her son George James.
