Will names wife Sarah and son Samuel. He therefore can’t have been the Christopher Mitchell who married Eleanor Larrabee in 1715. Christopher Mitchell’s deed to Joshua Brackett, his brother, proves the parentage of Charles Brown’s wife Mary Mitchell.
Wife is often listed as Sarah Dudley, and daughter Susannah (Mitchell) Howard indeed names a son Dudley. Many references site Sarah Couch, daughter of Joseph and Joanna (Deering) Couch, but other references state that Sarah Couch married Christopher Sr.’s son Richard.
