Misc. Notes
The two cousins, Sarah Coburn and Sarah Coburn, daughters of Thomas and Jonas, can be confused. According to the Find A Grave record of Sarah Coburn Mathews, wife of Valentine Mathews, she was born 1773; that would mean Sarah Coburn Elliot should be the one born 1771; the Buckfield records in The History of Buckfield show them reversed. Sarah Coburn Mathews’s tombstone suggests she was born in 1768.
