The Observer Building Museum featured a special photo exhibit in 2007 of children's photos from the 1800s.  See which one was the favorite of those visiting the museum.  Click here to visit the exhibit.

Our photo album has expanded!  Revisit it and see if you can find the 10 new photos.  We've also been able to add a few dates to some of our previous photos, as well as add an identification of the Crockett Brick Yard in East Dover.  Thanks to those people helping us identify people and places.

The Great Whiskers Exhibit is now online

The Observer Building Museum featured a special photo exhibit in 2006 of great whiskers - a unique view of men's facial hair fashions.  Click here to visit the exhibit.  We've also added more photos in the photo album so that needs another visit.  Also, courtesy of the Piscataquis Observer, we've added a photo from the Civil War Dinner.

It's a new look and we've reorganized a little

With a little over a year under our belt with the revised website, it was time to reorganize a few things now that we have a little better handle on where the website is headed.  There is a major revision of the photo album, we've categorized the photos to ease viewing.  I hope you enjoy!  We also added a couple recent mentions in the Bangor Daily News.
