Deer Isle, Maine:   Opposite Grange on Route 15, go about 4 miles down Reach Rd; 
the road becomes Oak Point Road.  Just before crossing the bar to Oak Point, turn right on FR 863, Littles Point Road.  The burial plots are at the back of the clearing on the right where the old Silas Gray house stood.

According to VR [vital records before 1867], Silas H. Gray was married to Sarah W. Gray who was a daughter of Josiah Gray [Hosmer page 132].

During the latter part of his life, Freeland Annis owned the old Silas Gray house, which was the last one before crossing the bar leading to Campbell’s Neck, a.k.a. “Oak Point.”  The burial plots are out back of the house.
