MILLIGAN FAMILY GRAVEYARD

Fred Howard generously provided the transcribed tombstone data from this cemetery, and has this to say about it:

"This graveyard is located approx. 3 miles or so down Revell's Neck Rd on private property (my brother). Revell's Neck is about five miles south of Princess Anne off Route 13. It's an old burial ground for many of the 'old name' families of Revell's Neck. It sits on a hill overlooking the Manokin River. Some of the headstones are in good condition. Sadly though, quite a few are knocked over and lying on the ground. This burial ground was part of a much larger cow pasture for many years until around 1980 when my brother built his home there. There are many other graves there missing their headstones. Incidently, the Milligan's and McDorman's and Bosman's in this graveyard are ancestor's of mine. My brother has done a wonderful job of clearing this graveyard and has beautifully landscaped it as well. It sits adjacent to his home."

Revell's Neck graveyard located at residence of Woody Howard:
