I Marcy Fountain on November 1726 leave to my son Nicholas Fountain my dwelling plantation, to him and his male heirs, my wife, Mary, to have a living during her widowhood.

I leave to my wife Mary my two negros, Morgales and Mory during her widowhood. After son Samuel to have Morgales and Thomas to have Mory to them forever. My wife to have Mulatto Ross for life and after her to my daughter Bridget. My wife Mary to have one third part of movable and two thirds to my children and to my grandson Risden, to be divided among all. I leave my son Samuel all my wearing apparel and furniture. I leave my two youngest children Betty and Esther what their mother has if she should die a widow.

I leave to my son Samuel all that land called "Barrows Lott" 130 acres and to his male heirs. Mary Fountain Fountain, widow of John to have a living during her widowhood. Also two tracts of land lying upon south side of Manokin river, one "New Found Land" and the other "Fishing Island", my widow to have ten head of cattle on land. All my lands given to my sons shall never be sold or mortgaged during life, but male heirs to enjoy forever. signed Marcy Fountain
