MARYLAND GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY
The Maryland Genealogical Society was established in 1959. We are the oldest
genealogical society in Maryland and are pleased to report our continuing growth
in members, publications and services.We offer our members two journals. First is our quarterly, THE BULLETIN which
contains 150 pages of original research, source information, transcriptions from
Bible records, church and civil records, queries, answers, editorial and
advertising. Our NEWSLETTER provides members with information about
upcoming meetings, local functions, new members and planned projects.The Society sponsors an annual conference and luncheon. For 2002, the seminar
will be in Salisbury on the Eastern Shore where you will enjoy two days of
presentations by some of the areas most renowned genealogists. The Salisbury
