- The Harford County Library has a number of branches throughout the county. The Bel Air branch has a genealogical
section. Bel Air also has the Aegis newspaper on microfilm, back to the mid-19th century, which contains a wealth of

- The Harford County Court House, Main Street, Bel Air. The office of the County Clerk, on the first floor, contains the
usual complement of marriage records, land records and equity records. The Register of Wills, third floor, has the
estate records. Some of the older records have been sent either to the Maryland State Archives or to the Historical
