Lorrayne Kemp was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Joshua S. Kemp of Littlestown, PA. Ivan was an attorney (and later a judge in Carroll County?) Ivan's parents were Levi Hoff and Mary Ann Blocher Hoff.
