Charles died 1792 (will proven 26 Mar 1792). Mary then married widower and neighbor, Benjamin CORNELL about 1793. Looking for parents of Mary_ Fair Cornell. Was she related to the SHLYTER family? I am looking for the surname of my 3rd ggrandmother Elizabeth, wife of Philip Frank (Franck). Philip and his parents Peter Franck and Anna Barbara Zimmerli came to America in 1765 from Germany. Philip was born in 1749. They settled in Baltimore county near Hampstead. (now Carroll Co) Philip died in 1797 and his wife Elizabeth died in 1811. I have their wills. I think they lived on White Oak Run near Shiloh Road near Hampstead. They had the following children. Peter, Barbary, John, Catherine, Mary, Philip and George. Her maiden name has elded me for a long time. I would appreciate any help offered including suggestionas on how to proceed in my search.
