Mrs. R. A. Coleman received a telegram this morning announcing the death of her sister, Mrs. Mary Welty, wife of Dr. B. Welty, of Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. Welty was formerly Miss Mary Noyes of this city and has many relatives here who will be grieved to hear of her death.
