1870 Mortality Records for Kanawha Co. lists a "Mary A. Revele" age 5. There were no other Reveals by any spelling in West Virginia at this time.
The 1870 census are listed under the name "Raveal".
The 1870 census (transcribed) lists a "Clember". The 1880 census (transcribed) lists a "Charlie". I believe this to be the same person.

Elk City
The infant child of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Reveal died yeaterday evening. The remains were laid to rest in the Higginbotham Burial Ground. The family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends.

General Notes for Child Francis Marion Reveal
As soon as he was old enough, Francis, took upon himself the burden of self support by going to work in a brick yard. He learned the brick business and become an expert brick molder. His personal records for making brick was 5000 in one day, no easy task since each brick was made by molded by hand. His hard work lead him to become the superintendent of the Kanawha Brick Company in Charleston for twenty-five years. He was prominent in political affairs in the city and served as a member of the city council.
