V. R. Rust, an old ans respected citizen of Putnam County, was buried the 1st, at the Rust Cemetery. He owned a large and valuble farm, one mile above Poca. He leaves a family consisting of Mrs. Walls, the wife of Dr. Walls and step-daughter, Mrs. Schultz. The funeral services were conducted by Elder W. A. Melton.
